Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Sophgent and we are committed to our valued customers' satisfaction! 

Please note that every effort has been made to ensure the colors of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color is completely accurate. The actual color of products received may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. We appreciate your understanding of this issue.

If there is an issue with the items/s you received, we require that you contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.  All return requests should be submitted through support@sophgent.com. Please note, items should not be returned without prior notice. Items returned to us without prior notification will be returned to sender.

 

EXCHANGES


At this time Sophgent is unable to accept exchange requests. Please request a return for a refund and create a new order for the replacement item. 

 

RETURN REQUESTS


Email us with your order number and return request to support@sophgent.com. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice to a given address. We suggest using a carrier that provides you with a tracking number. 
Any items returned for a refund must be received to our return processing center within 30 days of the delivery date – WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees! We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the original delivery date to you. Items received after that time will be returned to the customer. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of Sophgent.
All items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with any Sophgent tags still attached. Some items shipped directly from the manufacturer may not have tags provided. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

     

    CANCELATION REQUESTS


    To cancel an order, please contact us at support@sophgent.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our return center. 

       

      LOST ORDERS


      In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order in the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Any US orders with items that have not been delivered within 60 days may request a refund. International customers will need to contact us directly for further information on refunding missing orders.

        

      REFUNDS


      All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered. For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Refunds will be processed by Sophgent within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

      Reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account will depend on the financial institution that issued the card. Refunds back to your card typically appear in 3 to 5 business days but can take as long as 30 days. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records that the refund has been processed by Sophgent.

      International customs duties and taxes lie with the customer. Sophgent is unable to refund any charges incurred upon delivery of the order. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
